Every Genesis One headphone is covered by a 2-year limited warranty, starting from the original date of purchase. Note: your warranty must be activated to be valid (see below).

What’s covered

The Genesis One warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right — repair or replacement at our discretion.

What’s not covered

Just to keep things honest:

• Normal wear and tear

• Accidental damage or misuse

• Unauthorized modifications or repairs

• Damage caused by improper storage or handling

(Yes, audiophile love is encouraged. Hammer testing is not.)
