We are thrilled to share the news you’ve all been waiting for: As of today, every single Kickstarter unit of the Genesis One has been shipped (except for one or two that has not completed the pledge manager). We want to sincerely apologize for the slight delay in getting these final units out to you.

It was a difficult road. The journey to this moment has been one of the most challenging and rewarding experiences of our lives. Over the last few months, we have worked tirelessly to overcome unexpected hurdles, from logistics complexities to part quality. Your patience, encouragement, and belief in the CrystalCore™ technology kept us going during the long nights in the lab. This project exists because you took a chance on a new vision for audio. We are forever grateful for your support.

While the shipping phase is complete, our relationship with you is just beginning. As you receive your units and begin your listening journey, please remember that we are always available to help.
