Genesis One: KS Update #11

This post provides a quick update on what’s currently happening at Lily Audio.

All backers should have received the Pledge Manager survey. If not please let us know.

We are finishing up diaphragm manufacturing, which should be completed within the next one to two days. Parts for the first 30 units arrived today, so we are on track to begin building and shipping the first Genesis One units in about one week.

Production throughput will be low at the beginning. We expect to assemble approximately 2–3 units per day, then gradually ramp up as the process becomes more streamlined. Superbackers (the first 30 supporters) are expected to receive their units between Feb 12 and 28. The remaining backers are expected to receive their units between Mar 11 and 30, as parts for the remaining units are currently scheduled to arrive around Mar 10.
